Business Awareness & Professional Conduct Online Course

Description

This course contains 22 topics with the aim of providing students with the following:

• basic skills for finding employment
• basic skills for starting their own business (in the UK and Spain)
• basic skills of running a business including accounting, employment, stock control, marketing, advertising and regulations
• professional aspects of the profession including communication skills and codes of conduct
• information on health and safety regulations including contraindication, first aid, fire safety, hygiene and sterilisation
• preparation for the ITEC examination in Business Awareness and Professional Conduct

The course is based on:

• ITEC syllabus in Business Awareness and Professional Conduct (unit 22)
• Succeeding in Business by Pip Hardy and Tony Sumner
• Spanish Governmental Laws and Regulations
• free internet resources
• Naturaclass’ 12 years of experience in operating wellness centres in Southern Spain

To pass the ITEC examination students are required to:

• read all 22 topics
• submit a Business Plan
• submit exercises
• pass the ITEC written examination with a minimum grade of 60%
