ITEC diploma course in Reflexology

60 hours Reflexology diploma course

Reflexology is a natural, healing touch therapy. It is based on the principle that there are ten energy zones which run from the top of the head to the soles of the feet and to the palms of the hands. Within these zones, there are reflexes to all parts and organs of the body.

By using a technique of intermittent pressure with fingers or thumb, Reflexology reduces stress, tension and other disorders and illnesses, improving the circulation of the blood and the elimination of toxins.  As a preventative therapy, reflexology  brings the body into a natural state of balance and harmony. By eliminating the causes and symptoms of disease and pain, the body is in the optimal conditions to use its self healing system.

It is possible to detect problems before they become serious health disorders. This therapy is not a “cure-all”, nor is it diagnostic. It can only be said that, by bringing the body and mind in a deep state of relaxation, it becomes free of stress and is able to function more naturally.
